Several months ago, I made NY Style BBQ and people were not sure what to think. Wonderfully tender pulled pork in a great tomato based sauce with garlic, onions, brown sugar, wine vinegar and a few secret spices; served on a bun with our great house recipe slaw and topped with the top part of the bun. Then, it is covered with more sauce-a fork and knife sandwich, to be sure. I reintroduced it a few weeks ago, and it is a keeper! Sells out everyday! I have to keep making this stuff and I love it too! Our special quiche, the same way-I have to make tons! We are so glad everyone is trying our newer things and still loving the old. We will keep it coming!! Desserts are flying out the door, too! Cases are full, thanks to great friends-Go Team Karma!!! Wait until you see what is coming next!!
