5.  Plan and offer new activities and entertainment each month.
6.  Employees and Employers will work as one team, to make coming to Karma, a great experience.  Employees will be rewarded for their contributions and a "job well done".
7.  Music will be a key part of the "Karma" experience. We will find and support local artists.

9.  Healthy options will be provided for breakfast, lunch, dinner and during all hours we are open. We will also offer Gluten Free items, as this has been a constant request.
